Approved supplier lists are not compliant with the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2015. APUC Ltd tender all Framework Agreements and Dynamic Purchasing Systems and we advertise opportunities for these on Public Contracts Scotland here.
Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) is the primary advertising site to find contract opportunities. PCS-Tender (PCS-T) is a separate, secure website used for submitting tender documents and managing the evaluation process for opportunities.
