The Universities and Colleges Supplier Portal (UCSP) is the central hub for appointed suppliers of UKUPC partners and member institutions to provide requested supply chain management information. The portal replaces a manual process with an easy-to-use online system where suppliers can upload spend data for multiple frameworks and allows suppliers the opportunity to answer our Responsible Procurement Section 1 questionnaire.

The portal allows supplier to report spend to support your customers – our member institutions – in meeting their collaborative spend reporting obligations. This visibility enables us, as a consortium, to assess framework performances and allows us the opportunity to enhance the services we offer to better support our members.

APUC’s Responsible Procurement Section 1 questionnaire allows suppliers to provide company details and answer questions relating to supply chain ethics, environmental impact and working practices. Suppliers will be asked to complete their submission via the portal.
