APUC’s Hunter Buyers Portal is a powerful online resource designed exclusively for UKUPC members, with over 150 organisations across the UK HE and FE section using the portal. APUC has worked with the UKUPC consortia – including HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC, SUPC and TUCO to implement Hunter as the single Contract and Supplier Management system for the entire UK HE/FE sector. The system is designed to give stakeholders access to collaborative frameworks across the sector. From framework details to framework documentation, everything you need is delivered through one intuitive, centralised platform.

Access to the Hunter Buyers Portal is available exclusively to verified sector staff — ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of procurement information. (Please note: suppliers cannot access this resource.)

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is available and recommended to enhance security.

The Hunter Buyers Portal gives organisations the ability to view their carbon emissions reporting directly through the portal which allows your organisation to strengthen responsible procurement as well as support strategic sustainability goals.

The Hunter Buyers Portal has been designed to give your organisation faster access to framework and supplier data. The system offers a range of capabilities, including:

  • View UK-wide sector frameworks and your organisation’s local contracts in one central platform.
  • Search and explore suppliers with ease.
  • Unlock reporting to view your organisations Scope 3 Emissions report and Spend Analysis report for selected Level 2 & 3 users.
